The warranty on my craftsmanship is broken down into two categories. Any product made for exterior use, meaning outside covered or not, has a maximum of three years. This was determined during product development. While testing glue endurance over time, the material revealed the beginning signs of solvent deterioration in the plastic compound that makes up the turf. This in no way means, there’s any issue or defect within the product factory warranty.  The factor of time is everything’s enemy in one way or another. Second Category Warranty: Interior use only, covers pieces that don’t see the outdoor elements, and hold the same warranty as the turf.
